Briosa - is the property of Conservas Portugal Norte, a hundred-year-old producer. The cannery is located in the north of Portugal, in the town of Matosinhos, adjacent to Porto, and is managed by two owners: the Conserveira group and members of the Faustino family.
The Dama product line is made from the best possible fish, which will surprise and provide unique tastes and sensations, the production is always accompanied by organic ingredients, the purest olive oil, various herbs or seaweed.

Das Produkt ist noch besser als die Marke, die bis vor kurzem noch im Supermarkt erhältlich war. Sardinen mit Haut aber ohne Gräten: Die Haut verleiht diesen den besonderen Geschmack, und auf Gräten kauen zu müssen finde ich ekelhaft. Die Konsistenz Ihrer Ware ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, denn die Sardinen behalten beim Herausnehmen aus der Dose ihre Form und zerfallen nicht.
