Olá!
My name is Dominykas, and together with my father, I co-founded this small family business. The idea for it was born during a trip to Portugal. One warm evening, while strolling through the streets of Lisbon, I came across a shop adorned with a circus theme. My curiosity drew me in like a magnet. Inside, I discovered a true tinned fish museum, and it was there that the vision to bring a piece of Portugal to Lithuania took root.
Canned fish is a craft with a rich history in Portugal, spanning centuries and deeply ingrained in the country’s traditions. The vibrant, vintage packaging - still handcrafted today - adds to its charm and creates an extraordinary experience.
Upon returning to Lithuania, we immediately set our plans into motion. We crafted a clear business vision, established connections with numerous fish producers across Portugal, and meticulously organized meetings and factory visits spanning the entire country, from the southern coasts to the northern regions. During these visits, we sampled products, closely observed production processes, and forged strong cooperation agreements.
Over time, canned fish from the coasts of southern Europe became a passion that we nurtured for months until it finally came to life.
